What is the pricing for EverHeart Senior Living?
Our rates are income-based, starting at $800/month, with all utilities included. This approach helps keep comfortable, dignified living within reach for the adults we serve.
How long does the tour take?
The tour itself runs about 20 minutes, with time allotted afterward for any questions you have. There's no pressure to decide on the spot — we want you to feel comfortable and informed.
Does EverHeart accept Medicaid or Medicare?
EverHeart does not accept Medicaid or Medicare for housing directly; however, a resident may be eligible for subsidized rent. Ask us how to apply — we're happy to walk you through the options. For rental payment, we accept governmental benefits and private pay. Medicaid and/or Medicare is accepted for some non-housing services.
Who is eligible to become an EverHeart resident?
EverHeart welcomes adults aged 62 and older who are cognizant and able to evacuate with little to no assistance. Clovis East is our home for women, Clovis West is our home for men, and Mansfield is coming soon!
