Our rates are income-based, starting at $800/month, with all utilities included. This approach helps keep comfortable, dignified living within reach for the women we serve.

The tour itself runs about 20 minutes, with time allotted afterward for any questions you have. There's no pressure to decide on the spot — we want you to feel comfortable and informed.

EverHeart does not accept Medicaid or Medicare for housing directly; however, a resident may be eligible for subsidized rent. Ask us how to apply — we're happy to walk you through the options. For rental payment, we accept governmental benefits and private pay. Medicaid and/or Medicare is accepted for some non-housing services.

EverHeart welcomes women aged 62 and older who are cognizant and able to evacuate with little to no assistance.
