EverHeart provides residential shared-living housing. We are not a medical provider and this website does not constitute medical advice, a care guarantee, or a promise of any particular health outcome. Any care, assistance, or health-related services described on this site are provided by independent third-party partners, not by EverHeart.
No Admission Guarantee
Submitting an inquiry, joining our waiting list, or scheduling a tour does not guarantee admission, availability of a specific room, or a particular rate. Admission is subject to availability, eligibility (for example, our Clovis East home serves women age 62 and older), and a separate residency agreement that will govern any stay.
Pricing
Any pricing shown on this site, including "starting at $800/month," is a starting figure for general informational purposes. Actual monthly payments are based on income, room type, and individual circumstances, are subject to confirmation, and will be set out in your residency agreement. Pricing may change without notice.
Independent Partners
EverHeart collaborates with trusted local partners who independently provide home care services, transportation, concierge services, and estate planning. These partners operate independently from EverHeart. EverHeart is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or advice of these independent providers. Any arrangement for such services is between you and the provider.
